How much money do I need to invest?
It really depends on the deal and the size facility you want. Our lowest investment has been $10k for 15 suites and our highest investment has been $235k for 30 suites.
Do I need beauty experience?
Absolutely not. Remember you are training to be a commercial landlord so it's all real estate no beauty experience is necessary.
After the conference what are the next steps?
You can take the information provided by the panelists, speakers and special guests and create your own salon suite facility or improve the one you already have. Or you can also join our online school or attend a bootcamp if you are really serious. It's all up to you.
